I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the soft opening weekend at North Italia, and I'm thrilled to report that this new spot is already hitting all the right notes! Get ready, because they officially open their doors on May 28, 2025.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and vibrant, setting the stage for a fantastic meal. For my main course, I opted for the Chicken Parmesan, and it was truly outstanding. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, with a crisp, golden crust, smothered in a rich, flavorful marinara and melted cheese. It was comfort food elevated to an art form.
My spouse chose the Seared Scallops, and they were equally impressive. Seared to perfection, the scallops were tender and sweet, complemented beautifully by the fresh flavors in the sweet corn risotto. Both dishes were crafted with care and high-quality ingredients.
