Camp Fernwood is an all-girls residential summer camp located in Poland, Maine for campers ages 7 to 15. Founded in 1921, Camp Fernwood is rooted in the four principles of living simply, enjoying the beauty and wonder of natural surroundings, nurturing tolerance and unselfishness, and developing loving, lifelong friendships.

Camp Fernwood's program is intentional, allowing for friendships to form, independence and resilience to develop, and girls to fully immerse themselves in the complete camp experience.

Equipping kids with important life skills through kayaking is our specialty and passion. Our youth adventures are packed with action and challenges. Each day is designed to teach river skills and build confidence and safety, while the kids have a blast with other young thrill-seekers.

Tapping into a child’s natural creativity and imagination can give them various benefits that can help them throughout their lives. At Children’s Art Classes in Meridian, we’re helping parents find kids’ art classes that instill a sense of creativity in their children and help them find a passion for art. These classes explore various types of art to enrich children’s lives and introduce them to creative outlets they can turn to as they go through life.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth offers rigorous, fun, three-week summer day and residential programs at 11 U.S. locations.
